He has thirty five years of proven performance improving organizations, programs, and increasing sales for companies. Perkins developed expertise in strategic planning, business development, and program management from the capture of significant contracts to accomplishing substantial year over year growth and profitability.

• Helping four clients win $8.27 Billion worth of Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA-ID/IQ) contracts in 2018.
• Professionally training strategist, capture and business development manager through Shipley & Associates; Steven Myers & Associates (SM&A); Miller-Heiman Conceptual and Strategic Selling; and Project Management Professional (PMP) courses.
• 19 yrs experience in ITAR compliance, export licensing, and international business development.
• Turning around a nearly failing business in under one year to become profitable and flush with US DoD business after a gap of 14 years without any US Government contracts.
